Who this is for

Every Authorist creator. This quick guide shows you how to find answers in the Help Center so you can get back to writing, selling, and growing.

What you'll accomplish

By the end you'll know how to search for a topic, browse guides by category, and follow a step-by-step guide.

Prerequisites

None — the Help Center is open to everyone, whether or not you're signed in.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the Help Center

Go to the Help Center. You can reach it any time from the Help link in the site footer, or from your dashboard once you're signed in.

  2. 2

    Search for your topic

Type a word or two into the search box at the top — for example, “username” or “payouts.” Results update as you type and link straight to the matching guide.

The Help Center search box with results
Search matches guide titles, descriptions, and content.
  3. 3

    Or browse by category

Prefer to explore? Pick a category card — like Using Authorist or Marketing & growth — to see every guide in that section.

  4. 4

    Follow the guide

Open a guide and work through its numbered steps. Most guides end with a Common problems section and links to related guides.

Tip

Searching is usually fastest. If you only remember part of a word, that's fine — search is fuzzy and forgiving.

Common problems

  • Search shows “no guides match.” Try a shorter or more general word (for example, “ads” instead of “advertising attribution”), or browse the categories below the search box.
  • A category looks empty. We're adding guides over time — check back, or use search to find related topics in other sections.
